Q: Are the buttons completely silent?

No, unfortunately I found it too noisy and sent it back. Then bought - DELUX Wireless Ergonomic Mouse, Silent Small Vertical Mouse with BT 5.0 and USB Receiver, 6 Buttons and 2400 DPI, RGB Rechargeable Mouse for Wrist and Hand Strain, Carpal Tunnel (M618mini-Iron Gray). Which I found silent and a nicer feel to it.

Q: Can light modes be changed via the mouse? The manual says press the right button and backward button at the same time, but this doesn't seem to work.
