Durable, Period
I have tried many cases, including the Otterbox, but this manufacture has designed the things I look for on my phone:1. Screen cover - I do not like the concept of attaching a film or glass on my screen. This cover does as design, allow me to use my phone but protect it from scratches and other factors. Sometimes I use my fingernails or some material, electrical tape, makes contact on the screen and sticks. With their cover, I do not have to worry about it.2. Back casing - The wrap around and securing the protector makes installation and removal easy. I get better sound quality from this case than others because of the hollow design to allow sound to travel better from the case to the air. Other cases would make sound from my speakers muffled, even at high volume. The grip and raised sections help indicate which button I am touching without having to look at phone to determine orientation.3. Kick-stand - This was a new feature from previous versions that I had and works perfectly without having to compromise with the back feel of the phone which allows it to lie flat whereas attachments like rings makes it unleveled. The stand also acts as a ring, so to speak, to allow me to have a better hold on my phone.4. Power connector - the rubber cover makes removal easier cause plastic has broken frequently on other cases I had. Also, there is enough room to attach ANY size connector. Other cases I had made me choose a specific connector to match its size, especially on occasions where I have forgotten my connector for charging.5. Compatibility - I have had an iPhone 4, 7 and 13 Max, this manufacturer has been consistent with their design for each phone. I always find cases that I like but they do not have one compatible for my phone, so I end up getting a different brand but never to my liking. SUPCASE has been able to design a case I like and make it for every phone I have ever purchased.6. Durability - I have dropped my phone multiple times, exposed to rough elements, yet it still continues to keep my phone safe. Throughout all my phone purchases, I have only replaced the case at least once when I had an iPhone 4. Other than that, I have only gotten one case for the iPhone 7 and 13. I have kept them for at least 3-4 years and the SUPCASE has lasted for at least 3-4 years between each phone transition. All in all, this is my favorite phone case. I would like to see a protector be designed to protect the camera lenses from this manufacturer, but I got this case shortly after my latest phone, so it was probably not designed or in process.

Great case just be careful with the phone stand
Husbands favorite caseThe only thing that has broken on it easily is the stand on the back of it but other than that it’s a great caseKeeps phone safe and intact

Outstanding Quality for the price
I love this case and have bought the same case for several different phones for over 5 years. This case is easy to install, and the touch screen functions well. The quality of it is great for the price. The screen is clear and color options is awesome. The case fits well too. I have used this case because It has built confidence in me knowing my phone is protected and the value is there. I highly recommend this.

Great case, needs some improvement
I've been a fan of this Unicorn Beetle/SUPCASE for several years. I usually replace it with the same design when the old one breaks, or I get a different size phone. They usually last me a year or two depending on how heavily I use it (see later for details).Favorite Parts:- Kickstand: The kickstand in the back is a flush, hinged panel that allows you to stand your phone in both orientations easily. As a bonus (and this is isn't advertised), I love that the kickstand has a place for me to loop my finger through when I need some extra security holding it.- Case itself (hard plastic + rubbery seal) is made of fantastic quality materials. They have never failed me. The form factor is awesome too. When iPhone came out with the "bump" (camera lenses), some cases didn't add extra material to the other parts of the phone back, and they wouldn't lay flat on a table. This case does that perfectly, so no wobbling or weirdness that my OCD-like senses pick up on.- Built in plastic screen protector (case has two parts: case and screen protector). At first I preferred having tempered glass protectors on my iPhone screen, but the plastic has grown on me. They don't crack like the glass ones do. Plus, if I end up getting too much dust under the protector, or sometimes a little moisture in/around it, I can easily pop off that part of the case, clean it and the phone, and put it back together. Voila! New case feel again. And the plastic doesn't feel bad on your finger when dragging like some plastic protectors do. It's very close to a glass smoothness.Improvements:- Work on the rubber formulation to make it a little easier. Whenever I get a new case, the rubber is often so stiff that my fingers hurt after I've been able to get it put together. And I work with my hands a lot, so take that for what it's worth.- The hinge/kickstand needs some changes to make it last longer. This is one of the first points of failure on my cases. Here are the issues I've had over multiple purchases.1) The lip on the hinged panel (that let's you pull it out) sometimes breaks partially or fully. It's not a huge deal, but it can lead to needing a new case if it breaks early on (which mine has).2) The clearance for the panel to sit flush is small, and when the case is new, it often won't close easily. I'll have to push it with extra force to get it to "click" into place", and right now my current case's panel squeaks and gives extra resistance the last several millimeters of the pushing down process.3) Lastly, there are two little teeth that the panel click into when fully opened, that lock the kickstand into place. These work well at first, but over time and repeated use, the connection between the panel and the teeth weaken, so after a while it won't lock in (as strongly, or at all). At the end of my last case's life, I'd lock it open, and set it down on a surface, and after a few seconds, it would slip out and my phone would fall over.- Screen protector could be a little more scratch resistant. If you've made it this far, congratulations! Overall, a great phone case, and I'm still a fan, despite the small improvements that could be made.

Nice Case
I like the case, I removed the built in screen protector which was more difficult than expected, but that’s a good thing if you wanted to keep it, it’s not as bulky as other rugged cases I’ve had, but I feel confident that it’ll protect the phone just as well. The screen and camera cutouts are recessed to give some protection. I also removed the cover for the silence button, not concerned about dust or water. All in all it’s a nice case and I’d buy it again.
