Disappointed, Has potential but left in the dust.
Product is not what it was described.Easy to install and connect, I got to give them that. But after that it’s all down hill.It worked all for one day and from there took forever for anything to happen or nothing at all. It was always loading and even when I was with it in the next room and wifi strong it just would not connect. I used it away from home and it worked a few times that day but then it wouldn’t connect to my phone. Even when I was under WiFi or have the best phone connection it did nothing. It doesn’t make sense. I tried everything resetting and the more I tried I feel the worse it got.The Yieye app constantly crashes and exits out. The product said it came with a SD card and didn’t come with it. I was maybe in the app 20-30 seconds before it crashed out and then I have to reload it. There is never an app update or firmware update so it’s just trash.This product is 100 bucks and honestly a little expensive for the disappointment and neglect it gets from its makers. Has so much potential but they just put it out without fixing a thing.I don’t get how it works fine inside and outside the home for a day and then everything just stops. I wish I could maybe get another maybe it’s defective but nervous it’s just another company looking for a quick buck and poor quality of its potential. A refund sounds much realistic.

I used this product for 1 year and it was amazing. It was easy to setup and it can detect when someone is around the area and play. This is the best product.

Could not download pc software.
Could not download pc software. Despite kami sending me links google would not open pc software!

Battery short live
Camera is ok but the battery will need to be charged with 7-10 days. Very inconvenience
