This is great Kola nut powder, and I much prefer it to the "whole" kola nuts I previously tried.Unlike the fresh whole nuts, the powder can be stored indefinitely and is much easier to use. I simply take 1-2 tsps whenever I want a boost in energy.The flavor is bitter and earthy, but I've grown to like it. You can definitely feel the caffeine in this and it's a unique sensation closer to the buzz from chocolate.Overall - great kola powder. I prefer taking cacao for energy to this personally, but it's a very interesting spice worth trying.
