The best way to manage your Kefir
This is a great product.I purchased two. One is brewing Kefir while the other is being washed and dried. It is very easy to use and clean. The "little white Scraper" and the Screw Lid are extremely handy while pouring into another bottle. The Top Lid keeps impurities out and airflow going. The long green Slotted Spoon is well designed for stirring or to transfer Kefir Grains. I will not be using the fruit squeezer.I only wish a replacement of the "little white Scraper" was made available. An improvement would be great to secure the Screw Top ... it may come loose, when held on to pick up the glass, and cause you to drop the glass :-/

Very solid glass.
I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Great instructions and well made. I need to find a different Kefir grain supplier. I ordered from one and the instructions were poor and after the second ferment, all of the grains had pretty much disintegrated. But this is a great product.

Works well but kinda expensive
The price point seems a lot for what this is. It works for kefir but I wish it came with two tops/lids to use one while one is in the washer. Two lids would make this price point more understandable.... Additionally the small white tool for straining could be easier to insert and remove

I’m in love with my milk Kefir jar!
Arrived quickly. Great quality jar. It makes the whole process of doing milk kefir and water kefir super easy. Love the design.

Keifer not included -not as useful as hoped
This is a great job to incubate your Kiefer in. Although I would say that the strainer lid doesn't really work. I end up having to use a wire mesh strainer for straining my Kiefer. The hole in the center when you are straining it allows the kefir to come through and it takes more than just the simple strainer on top to properly strain the keepier grains from the kefir. The glass jar is perfect for kefir but you could also use any glass jar. If I were to go back I would think that this is unnecessary. Nice to have but not necessary for your home Kiefer production. Only rated 3 stars because I don't use any of the "features" I use it simply as a glass jar. Expensive for what it is at that point

Great set to start
This jar is very high quality, easy to clean, and comes with a handy vented scoop/spoon and vented lid. I can't imagine an easier set up to start with. The only other items I needed were a plastic strainer and the grains. I am now making up to a quart of keifer a day (I could make more but I don't need more!) because the original tablespoon I received (separate, not in this set), has already reproduced to 4 tablespoons.

Complete
I was all ready to make kefir with my new complete kefir kit. No kefir grains. Wtf? So I got a glass jar plastic spoon and lid. For 36 dollars. What a ripoff. I wouldn't have cared if it had the kefir grains. How disappointing.

Terrible Lid
I use this product to reduce the amount of dishes used to harvest my milk kefir.Pros:- It does, in fact, reduce the amount of dishes used.- The jar and its mouth are large, but it's a bit of a double-edged sword.Cons:- IMPORTANT: The lid on this product only turns about an eighth of the circumference of the jar, meaning that most of the time, it will fall off and spill your kefir everywhere. It's such a bad design flaw that it made me rate this product as low as I did. I've used the product 7 times now, and the lid has fallen off 4 of those times. I cannot recommend this product for kefir use.- This product is way too expensive for what it is. Almost 40 dollars for a jar, and a few plastic pieces. The only alternative that I can think of for milk kefir is a spoon with small holes in it that can separate the grains from the liquid.
