Great Little Welder
This is by no means my first introduction to welding. I was on and off for years using cheap poor quality machines where you spent more time trying to get it to weld then actually welding. I was stuck between this or the Harbor Freight Titanium Stick 225 and I’m glad I decided to go with Esab for $200 more. This little welder is very much plug and play. It’s very intuitive and easy to use. I have been practicing with 3/32 6013 off 120v at around 60 Amps and I’m able to produce some pretty good welds. ( I have yet to dabble with the TIG option) I am by no means a proper welder, I'm a carpenter by trade. This little machine however allows me to easily fabricate tools, table legs, and jigs for carpentry and blacksmithing. If you’re on the fence for a welder but don’t want to spend $1000 and still want a quality machine, this is the welder for you!
