Great replacement
Several keys weren't working on my aging T450, so I got this and followed a guide online to pull it out and replace it. Now it works perfectly. Keys are quite a bit more clicky than the old one, so it's a little different but I don't mind. May even be better-feeling than the old one.

Does not have backing on bottom of keyboard.
The picture shown does not match what was delivered. I still installed the keyboard and it worked as expected. There are no instructions given but there are several sources for them on the internet. It is not backlit but I wasn't expecting it to be. Make sure you remove the two black plugs under the battery so that the keyboard is able to slide back.

Backlight didn't work.
Backlight didn't work. Keyboard locking bezel jammed. Hard to install.

Horrible replacement
I purchased this keyboard as replacement and with this model of Lenovo you have to pull the plastic forward to get to the screws. Bad idea by Lenovo gives another point of failure with this keyboard I couldn’t get the plastic to slide to get at the retaining screws. I ended up breaking the Plastic around the keyboard and sound they two of the screws were stripped. Unfortunately this won’t be going back because I broke it but spend a few extra dollars and get it from another manufacturer
