Second times a charm
They sent a battery but it was dead. Did not work. I sent it back and in a day or two they sent me another battery. I installed it and everything is fine now.

This didnt work for a day.complete waste of money,didnt take charge,i had to keep the device plugged in.

Great product, great service!
My Dell laptop was unable to take a charge so I took a guess as to the problem and ordered this battery on Amazon. It came within 2 days and was so easy to install. Problem solved!

The first batter I ordered did not recharge. The company sent me a new one with no return on my part. That's good business!
The battery I received had about a 50% charge. I charged it to 100% and ran the battery to 5% before recharging. I got about 4 hours on one charge. Thanks for the new battery.

Product review after 1 year
I was trying to get my Dell Laptop back online today after sitting idle for 6 months. The reasonfor the lapse in time was an unfixable crash error (at the time). Today I solved it. The error was thebattery that I purchased 6 months earlier. After a few updates, the Laptop runs like new as long as thebattery is removed from the laptop. Take this info as you like. The purpose of my review is to letpeople know that my battery only lasted 6 months, tops.
