Keep my domes in my ear canal!
I was giving up on my new hearing aids for not staying in my ears, until a friend suggested these. They work on my Lexie hearing aids and make a world of difference. Bought a second pair for back up.

It was very easy to install on my Jabra hearing aids. They are very secure as I work out in the gym.

Over priced
this item works just fine but the price is a bit over the top in my opinion.

A good buy and they pretty well
Replaced my originals on my Jabras and, these work OK. The upside is they are inexpensive and pretty easy to install. They fit tight on the speakers so I GENTLY snug fit them using a little saliva to ease the process. On Jabra, you have to make sure that they seat all the way down or you won't be able to get the domes on right. The part that fits inside and around my ear is a little long, but I'll live with that. Downside is you have to be sure that you install them correctly, insuring that the 'inside and around the ear part' points down. Otherwise you will have a hard time removing and reinstalling them correctly. A safe buy.

Retention tails seem to wear out and break from time to time. These are a great replacement part for my Signia behind the ear aids.
