First clock defective but company replaced it!!
Adding to my review and changing my rating! I’ve never had a company send me a new product due to a review. Was shocked to receive a new clock in the mail! This one was received a couple of weeks ago and I’ve been waiting to write the new review to see if it works correctly. So far, the clock works great and I’m very pleased!! Very impressed with this company for going above and beyond to replace a defective product!I should have listened to the reviews but I figured I would take a chance since maybe there were a few duds out there. It is a cute clock but stopped working correctly the first day. It seems the clock hands get stuck on each other and can't move. I tried bending them to get them to pass smoothly around each other, which worked for a few hours and then somehow got stuck again. It is a shame. It is a cute clock and I really like the look of it but am so very disappointed it has never really worked. Not worth shipping it back for the price either. Just stinks.

Unable to return even though faulty
This clock has not shown the correct time since I have had it and its difficult to return the product through Amazon. It has run over an hour too fast.Further review: Amazon are not assisting with the return of this item. I wish I had read all the reviews before purchasing for these type of Bernhard Clocks as they have received very poor write ups!

Attractive and NO NOISE!
I love it. Matches my decor, absolutely no noise, very lightweight. Great clock. It would be a great gift but it is made from inexpensive materials. That being said, it does not have the appearance of being made from inexpensive materials. One of the best clocks I’ve had. No noise! I can have a nap on my couch with no incessant clicking/ticking.
