Laptop Upgrade
Along with upgrading the HDD to a SSDD, I bought this RAM pack to breathe new life into an ageing laptop that was simply a chore to use in it's previous state. Now, with double the memory and the solid state drive, it's a pleasure to use again.Gigastone is not a brand I was familiar with, but I have no complaints with the quality. Fitment was easy-peasy and the RAM worked straight out of the box with no tinkering required.

Good value for money
Extremely satisfied with this order. The rams work fine and they are really fast. Installed these in a Dell Vostro 3559.

Fairly cheap & easy upgrade for old laptops
If you've got an old windows laptop that's got a relatively small amount of memory (i.e less than 8Gb), then this is a reasonably cheap & easy way to give it a bit of a boost. It doesn't make as much difference as upgrading all old HDD to an SSD, and I'd definitely spend money on that upgrade first, but it still gives the machine more to play with & will definitely improve performance on more demanding tasks such as photo or video editing, and you may also notice it on web browsing as apps like Chrome are pretty memory hungry. Do look up exactly which type of memory your machine supports first, as if you get the wrong type it's unlikely to work. The good news is that older memory, like this, is cheaper than more modern memory. Would also advise watching a tutorial video on how to remove & install the new memory modules, as this isn't that obvious if you just open the machine up & look at it. Once you've watched how to do it it's a really simple process, even for a novice.

Easiest way to improve performance
My daughter has a HP 15 laptop (Product Name 15-r211na), running Windows 10. With just 4GB of memory, it was slow to load Windows 10. Once loaded, she used to say that she could make a cup of tea while Google Chrome was loading. An extra 4 GB of memory would have made a big difference. Anyway, for the price, I bought the maximum memory for this device: 2 x 8GB sticks of memory. The improvement in performance was dramatic -> one happy daughter.I've given only 3 stars for ease of installation purely due to the design of this model of laptop from HP. Well designed laptops have a small cover held by 1 or 2 screws. Lift the cover and you can change the memory in seconds. With the HP 15, you have to take the device apart.Having said that, clicking the new memory into position is child's play.

Cost effective upgrade for older laptops
I decided to purchase this as a cost effective 32Gb upgrade for a Dell M6800 laptop. Crucial no longer appear to sell DDR3 memory. I decided to purchase these due to mainly positive reviews and the fact that these were cheaper than second hand options on Ebay.Delivery was rapid and the Dimms were well packaged with a minimal of plastic packaging material. Importantly they worked without issue and my laptop booted up with no complaints and recognised all 4 Dimms. So far I have had no issues - time will tell regarding their long term performance.I can see no reason not to award 5 stars.
