Square D Pumptrol Pressure switch for compressed air compressor 9013FHG12J52M1X 95-125 psi With Unloader & On/Off Lever (Paks)

The item arrived on time and in good condition, though the switch and cover had come free from the manufacturer's box and were rolling around in the shipping envelope. No big deal, nothing was damaged.I received one of the units which did NOT have the Square D logo on it (as mentioned in other reviews), but I knew that the company name on it was affiliated with Schneider Electric, the company whom acquired Square D back in the 90's.The item was authentic and made of good construction. The lever to toggle between Auto/Off is a bit flimsy, but when you have the cover attached, it's more rigid and reliable. It fit and installed easily, and functioned properly when checked by a pressure gauge.The electrical contact bridges that open/close the connection are a bit wobbly due to the weak spring that holds them in place, so I can believe the reviews claiming melted contacts due to electricity arcing. I don't experience significant arcing when the contact opens since my product is still new, but I'll be mindful of it in the future.

I bought it used from Amazon and I'm not sure why someone returned it or didn't want it. It was in the original packaging, just with some extra tape on it. I installed on my air compressor, the day that I got it, adjusted it to a higher pressure that my compressor required and it works perfectly. Kicks on when needed and kicks off where I wanted it to. The unloader works perfectly as well. If your air compressor pump doesn't have a decompressor built in the head, you definitely need a pressure switch with an unloader valve, like this one has. The on off lever is super convenient. I would definitely recommend this switch. My old boss had a square d switch on his Quincy air compressor from the 1980's and never had an issue, that's why I chose this brand

Had previously installed this one 2 years ago, was leaking now from diaphragm gasket even after I tightened it 3 month ago. Bought this one again and hope it lasts more than 2 years. Only complaint is the screws on the switch to connect the wires were way too tight. Had to use a hand impact screwdriver to get one loose. Bent a couple times but I bent it back without breaking. I always liked Square D products in the past.

Installed this switch to replace a broken one. Like the fact that the switch lever is metal, unlike the one I had that was plastic.

I bought this to put on a non working compressor I purchased a few weeks ago. It had several issues and this was one of them. This worked great and was a perfect replacement for the original part. Good quality and worked correctly out of the box. No adjustments needed at all. Highly recommended.

The reason I bought this because say’s it was a Square D brand. It didn’t say Square D on it anywhere. I only hope it holds up to Square D quality. Your picture and description should be changed immediately to truly represent what your selling
