Fantastic device!
1: it is smaller than I thought it would be based on other pictures I saw.2: directions were easy to read/clear and easy to pair to two devices.3: I had a bad experience with a previous neckloop(not this brand) years ago, it was very weak. This one is incredibly strong with volume and signal strength to the hearing aids. I keep the volume on my phone less than half now.4: This device saved me $1700. I ordered Bluetooth hearing aids. First they were slightly underpowered and the Bluetooth volume was very weak. I returned the hearing aids and got this. I wish I had sooner. I have severe to profound loss in both ears. I use the Siemens Lotus 23 SP hearing aid. Found several years ago online for cheap and work great! Very powerful. They have three programs(microphone, microphone and telecom and lastly just telecoil)So, as long as you have telecoil on your hearing aids this will work. Since I have a mode with telecoil and microphone I can hear/talk on the phone and without switching the hearing aid program. If you just have microphone or telecoil programs, then you will switch to telecoil when you want to use this neckloop. I do that too sometimes if there is a lot of background noise. In that case I switch my hearing aids to telecoil only so that noise is blocked.Sound quality of voice and music is great. The ones I am speaking to don’t seem to even know I am using a Bluetooth device. There is a microphone on the neckloop. You can change the volume and answer/Hangup and dial last number right from the neckloop. Fantastic.Battery life is good. It will last all day if you just use it to make/take calls. The battery will last less if you stream audio from your phone such as music/video. I discovered that you can charge and use the neckloop at the same time. I have a portable battery pack I use to charge my phone. If I am going to stream a lot or the battery I gets low then I will charge it this way. There is a low battery alert. Plug it in right away as it will shut down with in 1 min.I understand Artone has another adapter so this can be linked to your TV. I will proably get that as well. All said and done. I highly recommend this. I spent years looking for a way to get my phone to wireless connect to my hearing aids. Bought new Bluetooth aids but never got enough boost. With this device there is no shortage of volume boost, it’s clear and works great. I would support Artone making it a little bigger and putting a bigger longer lasting battery but that’s a small detail really given everything it’s done for me now.UPDATE: I’ve had it for 16 months. It stopped transmitting the FM signal to the telecoil. The Bluetooth still worked but with the FM signal not working I wasn’t able to use it anymore. Expected it to last longer but I use it nearly everyday. So, I bought another one as my review above states I’ve tried others and this is the best solution I’ve found. That said, if you can get a 2-3 year warranty, I suggest getting it.

Stops working within months!
I wish I could put ZERO stars! I have 2 Artone 3 max neckloops - both completely dead. I have BTE (behind the ear) hearing-aids and while this product worked, it delivered music and calls smoothly to my phone. I would even take it grocery shopping with me to catch-up on phone calls without the kids. But with each neckloop, a Lou 3 months after purchase, they completely died. As in they will charge, even connect to Bluetooth, but no sound. I even went to my hearing-aid specialist and we tried a few different hearing aids (all 3 with telecoil) and still no response from the Artone 3 Max.I emailed the Artone company and no response. All I want is at least 1 replacement - that's it!If you are looking for a top quality product and have severe hearing-loss like myself, consider Bluetooth headphones instead (they even have kinds that work just for those of us with hearing-loss - google it!). Do not waste your money here! I do miss the clarity of the sound - if I could get a replacement, I would gladly rewrite this review. I want a company that stands behind their product!

Excellent product but poor warranty support.
Product: The neck loop is light weight, good mic and sound quality. Have purchased 2 of these and used them with phones, laptop and tablet on a daily basis. The product gets good reviews from other users.Warranty Support: Recommend purchasing the product thru Amazon along with the offered protection plan that will cover replacement for 2 or 3 years. I tried to return the product for repair (12 month warranty) to the manufacturer and found it had to be shipped to Prague/Czech Republic (there were no other instructions). The company indicated I should have entered a value of $5 on the customs form instead of the $130 cost so it was returned to me as unclaimed. I assume they did not claim the product as they did not want to pay the customs fees.

Fantastic device but hate the light on it.
I bought this for user with CI and hearing aid devices. Before, the two devices didn’t work together because they’re different brands. Now, sounds stream to both with this loop! Humans were meant to hear from both sides and this device helps get around technical barriers. Literally has improved quality of life. Device was easy to set up and lasts for about 4-5 hours with continuous streaming. Charges in about an hour. You can also use the device while it’s charging if you have a long enough charging cord. The one downside is the very bright blue light that flashes while playing. It’s a good visual cue for if it’s on or battery is dying but it is distracting especially in low light environments. It’s so bright that airplanes mistake it for a landing light. There doesn’t appear to be an option to adjust the brightness or turn the light off so I wear it with the buttons side down. Otherwise, a great product.

Bad seller
Work very well during 3 month. Suddenly, stop charging the battery. I have checked the charger, cable and are ok. I didn't damage device in any way. Bad post sales service. I asked for some help on may 5th, but I have not receive any answer. I'm user of hearing aid, in left ear, and cochlear implant, in right ear. I need it because I can't use 2 different device to connect with mobile. I can't spend more or less USS$200 every 3 month because sellers it's no responsible for their products
