Worked very well
This product worked very well removing white graffiti from my red brick office building. I bought a gallon and used a little less than half for the job. It comes in an easy to seal container that hopefully will last until the next vandal comes along.

Miraculous
Works great! Especially on tile. Used it to remove Graffiti in a public Restroom.I do have to complain that this should come with a better seal top as it had leaked everywhere inside the package during shipping. The Lid is also difficult to remove, not because it’s too tight but more so because the Lid is too big to be able to grab with one hand and turn and at the same time the bucket is too small to be able to grab and turn with two hands, felt like an awkward situation trying to take the lid off.Lastly, due to the leak, the labeling on the exterior of bucket smeared and was difficult to get part of the directions off of it.

Product does not work as advertised
I am a professional painter. This product completely failed to remove fresh graffiti after two heavy brush applications, two manual scrubbings and a pressure washing. A complete waste of time and money.Photo is after several hours of work.

Works on Splattered House Paint With Pressure Washer and a Lot of Time/Effort
Spilled and splattered water-based house paint was on brick steps when I bought the house. I bought this product not really expecting to ever get off the paint, especially since it's advertised as being effective on spray paint (not spills and splatters). I am really pleased with the results (see before and after photos): I ultimately got off every bit of the paint. But it was a lot of time and work to get those results. I applied it liberally with a paint brush, waited 15 minutes, then used a pressure washer on the jet (very concentrated) setting. It could take up to 15 minutes of jet stream to remove a single paint splatter drop, and unfortunately I had a lot of drops. Larger spills required multiple applications, each application removing a little bit around the edges. I found that if I applied a whole lot of the product and waited longer (e.g., 30 minutes versus the recommended 5-15), I got better results. I got no results with this product and just a garden hose, and I got no results with just a pressure washer. But the bottom line is that the stuff works if you use a decent pressure washer on jet setting and if you spend enough time (multiple hours to clean my brick steps) and effort. I have never used any other such product, so I don't know how this stuff compares to the competition.

Surprising Results
The media could not be loaded. So I was going to leave a horrible review, but I can’t. I normally use another brand graffiti remover but could not get it fast enough and decided to try this. At first the results were terrible and seemed like a worthless product but then I decided to read the directions…you have to let it sit on the wall for a full 60-90 minutes for it to work but when you do that the graffiti just wipes off effortlessly. I tried a 5k psi pressure washer with heat first with no results, then this stuff and it did the job. I will say that spraying it on does not seem possible as it is a paste and not exactly liquid. But paint brush method worked. I still like the other product I have been using for years better but if you have time to let it sit then this product will work.

Did not completely remove graffiti
Did not completely remove graffiti from bricks on first try. Left on for 1/2 hour, then sprayed with hose.Second attempt: Etched brick with wire brush, then used same steps from first attempt. Graffiti faded around 50%.Will try again using steps from second attempt and pressure washer.

Great for grout in high-traffic restrooms
I got this product to try and remove the last vestiges of some week-old spray-paint/permanent marker graffiti at the rest area where I work, after trying other homemade treatments. A single application of this product with a dwell time of ~30 minutes (I'm impatient, and want to re-open the bathrooms as soon as possible) removed almost all of the remaining paint and faded the marker by about 80-85%, making it hard to see without close inspection. Given the fact that this wasn't fresh graffiti and the grout hadn't been treated/sealed in any way, it was remarkably effective and will become a staple in the future. The one downside is the consistency of the product itself, which slows down the application somewhat. It has the texture of snot/mucus, and is a bit stringy, meaning that it's hard to spread smoothly or apply precisely to small areas.

Works on Stucco
I tried another product that faded the graffiti. This one did a good job getting it off. I applied with a paint brush waited 30min then washed it off with a pressure washer. I did this twice and it was able to get the spray paint off my stucco for the most part. I used about half of the bucket of product.
