Product issue is resolved, product is running without botheration after changing the product part.
I like the Faber product "Faber 60 cm 1350 m³/HR Auto-Clean Angular Kitchen Chimney (Hood Zenith FL SC AC BK 60, Filterless Technology, Touch Control, Black)". it is a good product to buy. The service provider for the product is poor. Customer care registered a complaint and generates the complaint number but the service center in Bhopal (MP) keeps it unresolved for a long time. Within a year hydraulic makes a tick-tick sound when the power switch is on and off the chimney operation. The service person says that resolving the issue will take 30 days and more. 30 days passed on 30 Nov 2022 the issue is yet to be resolved. Followup by me and Faber's head office the issue has been resolved without any extra cost spent. Now the Faber Chimney is functioning well. I am happy with the product quality. Faber should look into after-sell service, installation of the product, and demo.

Bad design, Bad people, Bad company,
Well, before buying we(me n wife) had really lot expectation from products, it indeed work fairly good for initial one month, but after vent started showing issue, it's just doesn't open, every morning in our busy schedule we've to give 5 mins to this chimney to make it start, have complained multiple times to company, every time a new person comes, checks tells he'll arrange for new part of it, just to disappear afterwards, amazon days we've no role in it, we're just sellers, for service you've to go to company only, almost 10 months now. Nothing changed. Won't never recommend Faber to any one in my life.

The product is good however the noise level and motion detection needs more improvement. The installation timeline is pathetic, very mismanaged.

Excellent service provided by the team. I have received the product within 2 days of order. They have mentioned installation can be done within 72 hours. Since i have planned for house warming, i requested them for immediate installation. The team has supported much and one Mr Vivek has prioritized our need and done Installation at immediate request.
