This is a great perfume that I used to wear many years ago very beautiful fragrance unique love it so happy to have found it on Amazon

It smells great on clothes it’s a really good perfume for women 😍

I bought this after a few Youtube reviews. It was a total blind buy. First impression of packaging is excellent..., came in an embossed outer package with a plastic seal. The bottle is very nice looking for us that like to display our perfumes.Now, the scent itself.My biggest worry was that this perfume being from the 90's was going to be very vintage and and not modern smelling.While it's not "very vintage" as in you'll smell like an older lady, this does not have the current perfume DNA that someone in their 20's will like. This doesn't smell sweet, you won't smell like a snack.This has a green scent but not citrus, lemon, orange,etc the green is almost like an earthy green like Mugler Aura, but with an explosion of florals, lily of the valley and iris and maybe even hyacinth.This scent is also VERY strong. One spray was more than enough. I will probably going forward spray my wrists and then blot them quickly on my neck and clothes to disperse the scent.I don't think this is office appropriate because it is so strong.If you are like me and like to layer perfumes, this one is perfect. This is the base and then you can layer anything else softer on top. Again, i spray is more than enough.Even though this is a floral scent, i find that winter and fall is the best time to wear ,this would be far too strong for summer.It is a beautiful, complex perfume that will wear well if you don't overdue it.

I used both Cabotine and Cabochard many years ago and, on a whim, this year bought it again twice! On my way to reorder and get Cabochard again. Boggles the mind that such amazing fragrances are so affordable, more affordable than any other ones that come from Europe.Funny thing - everyone comments, women ask me WHAT is that fragrance, it's amazing; rarely did I get such reaction while wearing 5-10X more expensive ones, all of French origin. So, methinks, I'll stay with Gres forever. Unless they change ... One of my strong favourites, Neige (by Lisa Watier) was acquired by a different firm and the quality dropped like a stone in water: from the actual fragrance to packaging that's so often faulty. Hope this doesn't happen with Gres!

I love this fragrance. It is the best out of the 3-4 varities. I have been purchasing since 2019 and i am hoping the price does not increase!
