POLY & BARK Capri Fabric Sofa, Bright Ash

This couch is SO comfy. I got the one with the single large cushion and it’s literally a whole twin bed! (Once you remove the back cushions) I’ve had it for about 3 months thus far and it hasn’t piled up. I have 2 dogs and a toddler so I’ve been spot cleaning weekly and the fabric is very forgiving to these cleanings..The whole couch arrived in 1 piece. There’s no assembly needed.My toddler peed on it one day so I was forced to remove the whole cover from the extra large cushion and wash it in the tub. It cleaned up very well and it also dried well..how I cleaned it: HOT water in the tub + 1 cup detergent + 1 cup baking soda for 2 hours. Then I rubbed it a little with a soft bristle brush, gave it like 2 rinses. Tried my best to squeeze as much water out, and left it all day and overnight hanging on my dining room chairs to dry.The only negative was putting the cover back on that massive cushion, it was a little tough. But it’s clean!

Love love love this couch! If I had more space, I’d buy a second one. I was looking for something modern, but comfy and this is it. It looks more gray on pictures, but it’s actually on the ivory side which I wanted. It took about 3 weeks to break it in, and it’s sooo comfortable to sit or take naps on. I was a little hesitant to get a light couch with kids.. but I spot clean the couch with Folex Carpet cleaner and the stains come out so easy and no harm.The only thing that kind of threw me off was the delivery guys.. I had set up my delivery date and when the two guys came I received a phone call saying “This couch is heavy can someone come help us...?” We live on the third floor which is understandable, but I specified that it was an apartment.. I would’ve been no help to them cause there was no way I could carry this thing.. lucky my husband was a few mins away from home so he helped carry this couch on one side while the two delivery guys carried it together on the other side.. The whole point of buying this couch online was to have it delivered to us... But other than that, we love this couch!

This couch is beautiful! I’ve only had it for a few weeks but it has been put to the test and passed every one of them. Spills, kids, sleepovers and it is just as nice as the day it arrived.My only issue is how low it sits. I did understand its sittting height before I made the purchase but after getting it into our space, it just didnt work. Easy fix… I ordered modern legs on Amazon that matched the legs of the coordinating ottomans I bought with the sofa. With a little maneuvering it is now perfect! The pieces together create a great modular group that makes seating in our space flexible for our varying needs. We are creating tables to go over the ottomans to complete our needs. One of the best furniture purchases I’ve made.

Was great for about 3 months. The foam inserr lasted about 2-3 months. Not worth the price. I wouldn't buy it again.

I am very disappointed in the quality of this sofa. The long cushion has sunken in already after a month or so occasional use. I wish i didnt buy this!

First, I love the look. It’s also super comfortable. It was a good value for something that looks more expensive than it was. That being said, I have had this couch for about 2 years now and it is leaking feathers from every cushion - seat, back cushions, and pillows. It’s not gotten heavy use, either. They do pop out and can poke you. I love the couch otherwise, so now I need to figure out how to contain the feathers. All the cushions have removable covers so that is helpful.I was concerned about the color and stains, but I have been able to clean up coffee, spaghetti sauce, etc. easily with a Tide stain stick.I still like this couch.

Edit:it took a long time but they sent all the cushions again. And now it seems that the old problem does not appear. Thank you very much to them.I bought Capri Sofa from amazon in March 2021. I think it was the worst purchase I've ever made in my life. From the day we got it, we started collecting a handful of feathers every day. The form of the seat and its pillows deteriorated. I thought it was a temporary situation but it wasn't. I wrote to them about the problem and they said they would take care of it, but even after almost a year, there has been no development yet. I made a comment on google maps at December 2021, and they said that new inserts will come at the end of December 2021 and they will inform me, but there has been no return yet. It will be a year but no progress.
