two more awesome Cathe workouts
I love almost all of Cathe's workouts, and these two are great. Imax 2 is just about perfect. Not too jarring, just long enough, very intense, fun choreo (if you like dancy kinds of choreography, this is for you). I like this Imax better than the first one (kinda old school, still very good) and more than Imax 3 (which is also very good, but not as fun as this one, more drill like). I have done it a zillion times over the last 3 years.I finally got around to doing Cardio and Weights today, and it's really good too. At first I thought I might be disappointed. The warm up is almost sedate for what you'd expect from her, and the first cardio segment is pretty easy. Then it picks up quite a lot, and the cardio segments from then out are difficult but fun (the best). The weight segments were a bit easy because they were short, but that can easily be changed. I like how she just jumps into everything. There's no standing around waiting for anything.Both of these are good workouts for when you want a good solid Cathe workout but no jarring of sore muscles/hip joints because you did a long run the day before, or you're just kinda tired but still need to work out. It's medium difficult with some tougher parts in it, and the fun gets you through.

Tough but Great
I am an advanced exerciser and an avid Cathe Friedrich exerciser. Cathe is the best! The Imax 2 workout is about an hour long and takes you through 10 cycles with a step aerobic section and a more intense section. I had to pause the tape at times to get the foot patterns of the cycles but once I got it all I love the workout. At the end you are dripping with sweat. The Cardio & Weights workout is just as good. You do three cycles with step aerobics and weights. This is also a heart pumping workout!! You get totally worked out! I love this dvd.

This is a great workout video, and I use it when I am unable to get to the gym.

Not fun
Very hard to follow—I guess I’m just stuck on my 10 Firm workout videos. Lots of unnecessary moves—I’m strong and in great shape but I was afraid I would hurt myself with this crazy video

Great workout...
This is a great workout. It's a little complicated at first, but practice makes perfect. Even though I almost fell the first time I did the IMAX, I had fun. This workout made me sweat like crazy. I saw each workout 4 times before doing it. I totally recommend this video.

Great work out; limited instructions
Instructs are limited in this video making it a little hard to follow. This is definitely for an advanced person; not a beginner video. I had to youtube "Around the World" to get a slowed down learning version before attempting the full speed DVD warm up. Overall, a great workout.
