I'm not a native speaker, but I want to improve my written English for my work. Therefore, I downloaded and reviewed about 10 books and brought and read 5 books from Amazon. I would say I would buy this book If it's the only chance I have.This book includes all you need for business writing: grammar, the common mistake, and the examples related to your daily work. You will learn a lot from it.Also, I suggest buying a kindle version, and you can highlight the critical phases and words. You will easily search it when you need as what I'm doing.

I'm very disappointed to buy this book. perhaps i'm expect it should give me some value but it's likely dregs of society

it's short & sweet, easy to 'digest'

Wanted more examples of emails. Index and Table of Contents does not necessarily put it where one would guess. Letters are pretty standard but you can get that from Microsoft Outlook and save the money.
