BMI is bunk but this tape measure is great.
I saw someone use this tape measure in a video and I had to hunt it down for one reason alone: the little hook at the end of the tape makes measuring body parts so much easier. You just hook it over thr tape itself to create a loop which allows you to cinch the tape around your waist, arm, leg, etc., for an accurate reading without help. Perfect if you’re trying to lose weight or if you’re a home sewist.

Works good to measure your expanding girth
This worked great....until your waist reaches more than 60 inches! So another benefit to keep yourself in shape, so that you can keep using this for a long time. The tab is sewed on so it won't break off and will work for a while!

Doesn't go high enough
I have a lot of patients out weight what is on here.. so I can't use it
