Very good & clear sound quality and loud too
I went through quite a few different products trying to find a good and loud and clear wireless microphone and a decent price. I found it here with this product. The plus side was that it has Bluetooth so you can run music through it and still use it as wireless microphone set. I purchased one that one mic was cutting out when I placed my hand at the bottom of the mic to hold it. I given a replacement unit & it worked great. Each mic comes with Volume adjustment up to Vol 5 on top of the Volume buttons for each line on the box itself. These mics are loud and sometimes u have to turn em down a little bit. It's not a bad thing at all, but a good problem to have cause u can adjustment Volume on both mics and the box itself. Voice quality comes out clean and clear, I use these for Djing and people tell me that they are very clear and they are. I even use the Bluetooth to run music through it and through my Mixer with adds and boosts the sound that's going through the mixer. This Bluetooth box has great sound quality even when running music through it. I was impressed with this unit booth sound quality and clarity. If using for Djing or an event or on a professional level these will do great for you, if using for home they will out do that by far hands down...Great unit and I'm so pleased with it and great for its value and quality and clarity and loudness too. Also good quality. Mics are not plastic, they are metal and seem to hold up well. Connection is good too. I didn't test long range because for my applications they all will be within close proximity, a couple feet. And for me it works great... and price is too for all that you get with this unit....

Simple Setup - The real test comes later.
I host a karaoke show 3X/month.Singers always want to add echo, take away bass, or group sing. Or something. So, I complicated my 2 mic setup to add mics, and a mixer with bass/treble/echo controls. On a busy night, making adjustments on the fly - well, it gets really hectic when you have to research a requested song, and all you have to work with is “the words are she’s something something” and they hum a couple of bars. Of something.I have a three week hiatus, so I junked a bunch of components and inserted this very inexpensive system.I tested everything last night. Extremely easy to set up. Added mic batteries and plugged in the power and output cords. Maybe 5 minutes.Fired up the system and let’er rip!I spent a long time testing. Only because I was having so much fun!I’m really excited to debut the singer-controlled mics at the venue! The few people that I told are just as excited.I rated it a five, because of the value, ease of setup, solid feel, and the system/mics work as described.Maybe better.I’ll rate durability later.

Everything One Would Want with Excellent Quality- But One Major Issue Bietrun Needs To Fix
I've tried several of the inexpensive 2 mic wireless UHF systems. This one has one of the best sound microphones of all I've tried, and is even better than my expensive Shure Mic. The mics seem to have a lot of "punch" and a nice crisply high end with good bass, without the muffled sound you get with other brands. The fact that the frequencies are adjustable, and there is a volume control on the mic is nice, and a battery indicator (which I will get to next). The transmission distance is very good, and I found no drop-outs or static. The receiver has the XLR outputs and a stereo mix output as well. It displays the RF level, audio, and battery status (unlike most other brands). The "real" battery life is just around 5 hours, and is not "up to 7 plus" as advertised. I can live with that, as long as I know the battery status is right? Ok... now, the main issue is that the battery indicator stays on 3 bars (full) until the very last few minutes before the mic dies. So unless you are constantly looking at it, you don't know how much charge is really left. I actually tried two different sets of this model, and one was worse than the other. What is odd, is I also have the Wmx28 system (hand mic and bodypack) and the battery life is > 6 hours and status gradually decline linearly over several hours showing how much is left. On this model, the Wmx27, is not the case. They might as well just put a LED that is lit when on and when battery dies, goes off. I wrote to Bietrun and they said the behavior is "normal" on this model, which means the engineers who designed it had no idea how important that is during a live performance situation. Why the batteries last 1 hour less than the Wmx28 mics makes no sense, except the Wmx28 has a micro-USB connector and the Wmx27 has a USB-C connector. So, I assume that the Wmx27 is a later model and should have even better battery life. I would have given 5 stars if the battery indicator actually worked. Bietrun, take this seriously, because this will make those who use it for concerts and alike will get very annoyed if mic dies on stage.

Excellent product, microphone quality, battery life ... and customer service
I liked these microphones quite a lot. They are (or at least feel) directional and pick up the sounds great. The sound quality is crisp. It was very easy to set it up also and to change channels, volume, etc. Both microphones work simultaneously which is great for karaoke use but read below.I ended up returning them because it's not really designed for the way we used them in a chapel/church as there are long periods of silence during the sermons and it can pick up ambient noise so you have to turn them off while not in use. So, our return was due to our problem and not due to the product, which I loved.Actually, my return was a few months after the return window but when I explained how I loved the product but it was of no use to us as our team wanted wired microphones only, they allowed me to return them and even refunded me the shipping costs. Running into a considerate customer service in today's day and age is such a rarity that I'd recommend them just for their customer service alone.
