Good product for inflammation reduction. This is my first bottle of this particular brand. It does not have a bad taste when you swallow it. I have not found a boost and energy, however. But I’m still taking it and I can always review this and update it later. Have not found any negative effects with sleep patterns.

The new dosage for this is to swallow 3 pills at once, once per day. Who wants to swallow 3 large capsules one after another? Almost feels like what a drug mule goes through. The product is also very expensive compared to other brands. However, after taking this for a week the pain I had in my pinky fingers for the past few years has gone away.
