My computer reported a dead battery and this seemed like a reasonably priced replacement. Watched a u-tube video on how to exchange the battery and found the task easy. A little research also informed me how to ‘condition’ the battery - for the first three times, leave on charge from empty for 8 to 10 hours. Found it works a treat, with the computer reporting excellent battery health and up to nine hours use. Very happy with this high quality replacement which my computer has adopted as being from its own stock!

(This review may be a bit unfair as the battery I recieved was somewhat faulty meaning I couldnt test the battery but I figured it was worth sharing. Full disclosure, Amazon customer service sorted this out immediately by giving me a full refund without requiring me to figure out how to post a damaged Lithium Battery 🙏 (google 'sending faulty lithium batteries in the post' and you'll see the headache Amazon helped me dodge), brilliant service from Amazon)(Recieved the battery today (25 May 25) so havent done anything besides opening the box) as you can see in the pictures the middle cell of the 3 battery cells has balooned.I suspect this may have been a one off/individual battery cell fault or potentially a shelf life issue but as the other 2 internal cells looked fine I'm happy to risk buying another battery pack.(If I buy the same battery again as replacement I'll try and update this review but no promises)

Battery installed easily but laptop did not power up on battery power only (as it would with the existing battery). Plugged in the charger but the battery stops charging at 13%. Remove the charger and laptop turns off. Faulty battery returned for refund.

Used it to replace my old battery which lasted 2 years, easy to install, works well & no problems with using my laptop, however the battery life doesn't last as long as expected (only 4 hours) but worth the price I guess

The screwdriver required came with the battery which was a big help. I'd recommend watching a YouTube vid before taking it in as it's not as straightforward as other laptops.The battery itself seems fine. I can get 4- 5 hours of general use per charge. Considering I couldn't even unplug my previous battery, this is reasonable priced replacement.

Would only show charging to 20%. Faulty and returned.

Replacement battery for a Dell notebook. The first (Dell-branded) battery lasted 3 years; the first replacement for the original also lasted 3 years and, finally, it was replaced with this item from HASESS. On the presumption this HASESS battery has the same lifespan, it should take me to the end of life point for both the notebook and the Windows 10 OS that will have reached the end of its support too. (Win 10 end of support life is October 14, 2025)Nice feature: To install this battery, the base of the notebook has to be removed. The battery, which is nicely packaged, also includes the required cross-head screwdriver, to help with the screw removal.
