I have 2 propane tanks on my travel trailer. It's not the end of the world, but it's kind of a hassle to take them off and shake them to figure out how much propane is left.This was quick and easy to install.I only have one thing to make people aware of. I took off the propane bottle and connected the gauge to it just to see how it worked before I connected the hose to the trailer. After I opened the propane tank valve, it leaked gas through the hose. It took me just a second to recognize that there's nothing stopping the gas from flowing. The gauge is not a valve. After I realized I was being dumb and connected the other end of the hose, it didn't leak at all and works great.

We bought these to replace the leaking hoses for our camping trailer propane bottles. Put them on last September and have not been camping until this weekend mid February. They are leaking worse than the ones we replaced! Haven't even been used yet! Had to call around as we were driving, looking for an RV place that sold them. Really hard to find an RV place selling parts nowadays. Which is why we got them on Amazon. After calling 4 places, we found one that had them in stock thank goodness so we could use propane on our camping trip. It's Past the return period So now we're stuck with them. So I want to help avoid others have the same problem.

Lasted a little less than 2 years, then leaked. Otherwise the fit was good.

We bought this for our travel trailer after our OEM hoses began leaking. The OEM hoses did not offer us the ability to check on our propane level like this hose does. It appears to be durable and came with every this you need to change a hose out with ease. the stainless steel braiding will hopefully offer less vibration and exposure to the elements and give us the peace of mind that we won't have a costly or dangerous leak.

Used on our Travel Trailer. Don't know if I trust the guage as far determining the actual volume (remaining) in the cylinders. I like the metal shielded flex hoses, that is the real advantage.
