Facing issues after 6 months.
After 6 months, facing operational issue, low sound, not working properly, not taking button command. If manufacturer or Amazon can help.... please let me know

Worst product ever purchased online
The media could not be loaded. I am not getting any customer support for repair or exchange my Caravan mini device. It is not working since it is received after repairing. Only giving a peep peep sound. My money wasted . Used only two months then facing rapidly switch off problem complain raised then by courier it has been taken off from me for repairing then after 45 days returned the same product. It again worked for two to three days then starts creating problem like no sound coming except only peep peep sound. Again complained then till now no response. And my warranty of six month is lapsed. Who will be responsible for this. Worst product ever purchased online.

A compact product with very good sound for the purpose
We had a colleague who had a great interest in Indian history. So we gifted him this Carvaan as a farewell gift. Before handing him over, I checked if all was good. I was thoroughly impressed with the build quality, Bluetooth connectivity, FM signal reception and most importantly, the built-in Geeta. The speaker is perfect for listening vocals. It's crystal clear with the right amount of weight to the voice. The Geeta itself is recorded at a perfect pace, the voice is soothing. It's easy to understand and each word is spoken/pronounced correctly in a distinct manner.The speaker is also good for listening to songs. Bass is appropriate, if not too deep or mind-blowing. Overall, I loved the product and so did our colleague.

The ease of use
Once, I start listening to the Bhagvat Gitaand then stop and restart, it goes back to the beginning. Don't know if i am doing the right way. The FM,AM radio did not work at all. Some of the The Krishan bhajans are from foFilms, which i did not like. The quality of sound while listening is good
