Nice wide sharp lens for video work
Love this lens. I use it on my BMPCC4K and image quality is great. It’s sharp but not too sharp and with great colours too. Very usable even wide open at T2.2. The focus is super smooth and it has a really long throw- perfect for video. Almost no focus breathing at all. The lens also feels quite heavy with a quality feel to it. For the price it’s a great buy!

So ridiculously good for the price
I can't get over how cheap this is. It seems almost identical to the Veydra cine lenses which are literally a thousand pounds more. The footage from this Meike lens is incredibly clean and crisp with very little focus breathing and almost no chromatic aberrations. It's built like a tank. The aperture blades are smooth and give super perfectly circular bokeh. What's not to love!
