this product provides increased stamina, effects are both subtle and not-so-subtle. for me, it took about 2 weeks, using 3 pills a day, to feel the effects, and when i went off it, took another 2 weeks to feel the absence of it.for me, the cordygen reduces about 75% of my spinal pain caused from my chronic inflammatory disease.after i went off it, the pain came back and i was very surprised, because the only thing i had done differently was not use the cordygen. so i re-ordered double, and now take 2 caps 3x a day - once upon waking, once 6-8 hours later, and once before sleep.taking double the amount has no negative side effects, and i could probably take triple, but that would cost more and also i dont know about diminished returns. i think adaptogens like cordyceps give both short and long term benefits, so i plan on continuing this dosage pattern for years.please test for yourself and disregard alarmist and extremist claims about dangers. yes everyone reacts differently, and some people may experience some bloating/digestive stress. if that's the case, you probably need to figure out if you're eating a diet that's not right for you. i have IBD, so i can't eat much starches, gluten, fiber, lactose, FODmap containing foods, etc. point being, i know my digestive system is crazy and i live accordingly.

If you are looking a for an advantage in your endurance and ability to tax your body to the max without necessarily feeling it, then this is your ticket! I bought these for cycling and I will be a life long user. You really notice a huge gain in performance during the first couple of weeks of taking these pills. Thereafter you won't notice it by feeling or anything, but you will notice it still working by looking at your numbers n such after each ride.Subtle, working in the background.

These are fantastic if you know what you're getting. These aren't going to give you more energy or get you that "jacked" feeling, but they are fantastic at increasing stamina. I used to be short of breath fairly quickly when running or working out, but these guys make it so my muscles are first to fatigue rather than my lungs.Highly recommended.

I used to take weightlifting supplements and I thought "there has to be a supplement for running, too" sure enough, there is.I took this for a month before a physical fitness test. Man does this stuff work. It says to start off with 1 to build a tolerance but I didn't have time to see if I had a tolerance, I wanted to see that same day what 3 would do.Popped 3, waited the amount of time specified and went on a 2 mile run. After taking this on the first day, my legs were giving out before my lungs. Before trying this, I had that burning feeling in my lungs and was completely winded from running as fast as I could. I used to live in Colorado Springs and would come home to Texas and I could run forever. Taking this feels just like going from high altitude to a low altitude (in terms of endurance).

I entered the Tough Mudder obstacle course race in Colorado and remember it being murder on my cardio last time, so I thought I'd try these to see if they helped.They seemed to.I jogged the first couple of miles and was actually able to talk to the person next to me like I was walking, which is great for me!I'll definitely use them for endurance events in the future.

They smell and taste like they’ve been sitting on a shelf for a long time. There’s a fast and smell you get when you take an old supplement. That’s what it tastes like. I was excited to see that Amazon was still selling this product but I don’t think the quality is as great as buying it directly from the vendor or at a supplement store :/

I took one tablet the first two days and then two on the third day. By the fourth day I felt bloated and constapated so I stopped taking them. However, about a week after stopping I did notice I was breathing better and able to go farther on my morning run's so I don't know if I was feeling the residual effects or what.
