3 Point Fall Arrest Safety Harness Scaffold Construction Work Fall Protection Harness

I got these to do a tiling job on the house with some scaffolding. I did a lot of research before buying. These seemed to be at a good balance point of spending enough to get a decent functional harness with the features I wanted without going mad. They are comfortable enough to wear all day while being very active. I did not fall, so I can't tell you how they behave in a fall situation. They appear very well made with options where you harness yourself. I have no doubt they would have saved my life if I had taken a tumble.They are a bit difficult to get into and out of without a bit of help as, for a lager man, the belt and leg buckles are hard to reach once you start cinching things. This seems to be a feature of most harnesses and it is hard to see how it could be otherwise given this universal design.If, like me, you have not used a harness before, it is worth having a look at some you-tube videos about how to adjust things properly and make the best of it if you do fall. You are not supposed to just hang there complaining about how uncomfortable the thing is. Apparently the best thing to do is to pull the leg straps down around your bum and sit in the harness. Made sense to me and made me doubt the credentials of some test sites where they filmed themselves hanging straight legged from various harnesses and commenting on the state of their groins. Ouch!I will probably never work at any height again without finding a way to use this harness as a backstop against falling and serious injury or death.Consider it an investment purchase.

Easy to use! extremely good quality! easy to put on or to take it off! been using it when working on platforms! it doesn't restrict my movements, it feels like I'm not wearing any harness at all! doesn't come with lanyard so you'll have to buy it separately!

Fits well as i am a large sport physique. Comfortable and like the fact it has 3 points on it.

After returning a more expensive Harness because it had no waist belt and proved impossible to fit, I bought this. It was immediately apparent how it was supposed to be worn. It is an obvious simple design that provides straps round the shoulders, chest, waist and legs. Tightening the straps is a bit of a fiddle and it is impossible for one person to clip onto the safety point at the back once the harness is on. No safety rope is included. I have given it 4 stars because it has not actually been tested in a fall, however I have no doubt it would be effective.

Great product and comfortable.Used for access platform work.Only one issue.Being one size fits all....if your wearing padded HiViz jackets for outdoor work they are a little on the tight side. Could probably do with a slightly longer strap for the leg straps.All in all though, Great value and well made.

I purchased for a course which didn’t start, so not needed now. It’s got a good paddled back support and felt reasonably comfortable.

Good quality, makes me feel safe. Used when climbing trees.
