Good stuff. Maybe 0.010" wire, 40x40 pitch, stainless mesh
Case: Newly-installed 6" gutters in AR, 55" rain/yr., professionally installed. These were needed to move water away from the foundation. A french drain was dug about 6 feet from the downspout, with a downspout adapter and 4" drain pipe installed to deliver water to the french drain. Need gutter guards to avoid clogging the french drain with leaves and debris.Condition: 5-yr old steel roof installed by amateurs, screwed directly to the composite shingle roof, without spacer lathes. The underlaying shingle was apparently near the end of its lifetime when the meatl roof was installed.Installation: Gator Gutter guards for 6"/7" gutters were installed along a simple straight section about 31 feet long -- the worst case area for retained wetness near to the foundation. Unable to insert the guard under the composite shingle (too much binding within about 2", probably binding with old tar paper there), so I loosened the nearest screws for the steel roofing and worked the guards between the steel and the composite, then retightened the roofing screws. Happily, the gutter guards are fairly stiff (maybe 0.010" wire at best; 40x40 pitch, stainless mesh). I often had to smack the outer edges of the gutter guard with my hand to get it far enough under the metal roof, and only once was it at threat of distorting the guard mesh. Only minor pinching by hand was needed near the outer edges to maintain the 1/8" trough feature that is advertised. Tec screws worked well with my drill clutch set to minimum.Heavy rains showed some minor splashing over the micromesh, and over the edge of the gutter. But this was a heavy, rain, typical of only brief periods in the Mississippi valley. All leaves and debris was washed over, leaving only small seeds and pine needles on the mesh after the storm. I'm confident that the fines that passed into the effectively sealed gutter and downspout were carried right on down the french drain.I was tempted to save $20 with knockoff guards, but NONE of them advertised the stainless mesh specs, so I just opted for the most reputable, best warranty likely to be supported for five/ten years. Happy I did.

Quality gutterguard
Great product overall. When I got new gutters I had a guy install them. Quality is good. I did research and this type of mesh is best for pine needles. People did talk about ends of mesh being a little rough and that is correct. Some need to be trimmed a bit. These are good quality and very reasonably prices. We will see long term on how they hold up.

Seem good, time will tell
Giving it 4 stars for now. Time will tell. Some of mine (I ordered 3 boxes total). I ordered two boxes first and one of them had bent corners, but the seller gave my a good discount on the 3rd box, so I am happy. I think they will be good, but I have a lot of Douglas Fir (pine needles) around me, so time will tell if they just get stuck.

No more cleaning out the gutters
Received these in a timely manner. Just as described. Nice thickness and weight. Color is a stainless steel color. A few of the ends were a little bent but no problem at all. My husband was able to hang these with no help. First couple he hung there was a learning curb. But over all they have done there job. No more cleaning out the gutters......

Great Service
I had a roof replaced at my 84 year old mothers house and we needed new gutter guards the roofer showed me his product that was 5 times more expensive and he suggested Gutterglove. I ordered 2 boxes and I was 3 feet short of completing the gutters I contacted Gutterglove and the sent me a single panel out to me free of shipping charges. That is service !! I love the quality of the product. I think it will last for years to come. Then to my surprise today I received another box, I did not know what t was, it was a coffee mug from them saying thank you for your business. I LOVE IT

Good quality
Install is a breeze , I used strips of aluminum from work to join the gutters and it worked great. The screws that come with work great , I love how they are self DRILLing as well as self tapping . So far these look like they will stop just about anything from getting into the gutters , I have a pine tree that will put these to the test. These look like they will be durable as well , good quality.

Works well.
DIYs. Watch the Raptor video and be very careful on the ladder. Also, I drilled a very small pilot hole to help with inserting the screws. Wear gloves. It was easy to remove guards if you need too. Value for the guard was good. Quality is great. After a few big storms my gutters were very clean.

Good guard but...
OK, so I do like these gutter guards. They do a great job and they install reasonably easy and I do recommend them.I've installed over 300 foot of them on my home and garage. But I have a love hate relationship with them hence knocking off 2 stars. The packaging leaves a lot to be desired. They all come slightly damaged on the ends with the screen bent over. This last box I ordered was so bad I would have sent them back but I needed to finish the last section of gutters. As you can see, the damage is bad. I get it, shipping damage happens but the manufacturer has a responsibility to package their product so it doesn't arrive mangled. This one is the worst, but all of them arrive with some damage and need work to straighten them out to use. Gutterglove, Inc. - fix your packaging problem!Word to the wise, open every box and make sure they are usable before you start your project or you'll be like me and have to chop 2-3 inches off of every one just so you can use them.
