Hadn't realised how well these work!
I read an article about magic eraser sponges and saw these on Amazon. They were very well priced so I thought I would buy some just to see if they do work as well as people say as there were some marks on some painted walls in my home I had not been able to wipe off and wondered if these would work. They were smaller than I expected but fit well in the hand. You moisten them with water and squeeze them out and then use them. The first thing I tackled was dirty fingerprint marks on a painted wall surrounding a light switch. Took the dirt right off and I just wiped the area afterwards with a dry cloth and the paintwork looked like new. I then tackled the painted wall around a plug socket which had similar dirty marks. Again, with not much effort the sponge took off the dirt, I wiped the area dry as slightly damp and again, like new. The next thing I tackled was some scuffing and scratch marks underneath a painting on the wall (I change the pictures seasonally and the metal fittings often scratch the wall as I lean up to put the next picture up and leave a metallic mark and black scuff. I had tried several cleaners on these marks in the past with no luck. The melamine sponge, however, took all the marks off. I then tackled an old set of drawers with another sponge having worn out the first. I had used sugar soap on them in the past and whilst they were clean there were patches which still looked grubby and had some wax from candles etc on them. Whilst I did need to use a little more elbow grease, they came up very clean. Finally I tried them on some marks on an old wardrobe. One was where a large label had been stuck on during a house move two years ago. I had tried soaking off the label in the past and had got most of it off but there was a residue I could not shift, not even with sugar soap. I tried this and after a few minutes of rubbing the residue was gone and I then tried a very old stain at the bottom of the wardrobe from the 80s when I had stuck a plastic picture to the side, now long gone but brown marks had remained which I had never been able to shift. Again, with a little elbow grease the melamine sponge took these off. I am very impressed. Whilst each sponge does not last long, it delivers excellent results. Who knew that something that looks so simple and basic could tackle old marks and stains and make things look like new. As such I would highly recommend this product and will definitely purchase again as delivery was fast, product excellent and price very reasonable.

Great but they don't last long!
It works well on food splashes or pencil marks on walls (painted or paper), with just a little warm water. However.... they do break up fast and disintegrate, as other reviews have noted.

Erases marks on the wall
Works like magic on scuffmarks or markings on my white wall, erases in seconds. The erasers are used up fairly quickly though, so pack of 10 should be enough for a 2m^2 area that's somewhat messy.

Disappointed
Really good, but pads break up easily.

Terrible quality. Do not do anything for the marks on the wall
Terrible quality. I tried one on some scuff marks on the wall and the whole thing disintegrated. Not sure what to do with the remaining 9 in the packet. Do not recommend

Legit Product!
Wow. They do work like magic. Me and the kids cleaned our painted banister in about 10 mins. They aren't very durable - quite brittle but seriously do the job.Do what it says - don't bend, fold, or twist them.

Disappointed
Bought these initially for washing down paintwork - even though I was careful not to fold them, just curving them slightly around door frames caused them to split quickly. Okay used flat but didn't really give any better finish than ordinary cleaning pads. Tried them on a variety of surfaces but overall disappointing
