I've taken this for years after suggestion by my doctor because I live with chronic recurring mono and have had multiple instances of cmv. I take this to help keep those at bay.

My cat would eat this over her food to help fight a minor bacterial infection.

I took this religiously for about a month. It produced a metallic taste in my mouth, and my boyfriend said I even smelled metallic. It did give me an energy boost and seemed to help my immune system, but I won't be buying this again due to the side effects it produces for me.
