I have ulnar nerve and carpal tunnel and when I'm having a flair this thing has been a life savor. It's a solid product. The velcro could be a little better and I put a tee shirt on the inside of the brace when I sleep. It's super sturdy not really any complaints.

Was uncomfortable

This brace makes a difference on my arm and helps to relieve pain in my arm from being in ICU during a procedure. I brought a large based on other reviews. I don't have large arms, but ordering a large ( it's adjustable), helps if I need a some extra support.

This worked for a few months for me, but slowly, the stitching has come apart on the velcro and one metal bar has come out. I will try to see if I can restitch it. When I get a chance will upload a photo. I use it while sleeping, and it slides down before morning. To prevent this, I ordered one for the wrist, which holds this one in its place. I want to order another for the other arm, but worried about the quality - want something to last longer than a couple months. Also, it is not soft or anything on the inside, so you may want to wear something beneath it that is thin. I plan to sew myself a stretch knit sleeve to wear underneath it.

The item arrived without the plastic buckles where the velcro is routed thru and fastened. Product is incomplete and unusable. JUNK!

If you do not want your elbow to bend at all like I did THIS IS the brace for you because it has 3 metal braces inside! I actually wear mine all day right now until the orthopedic hand surgeon tells me not too. The velcro straps are adjustable and it was very easy for me to put on by myself. The trick is to loop the velcro straps first then slide your arm in and then tighten the straps. The only issue I have had is it sometimes slips down my arm. All I do if just adjust it and it's fine again.

These could have been great but they were to big for my daughter it went from just below her shoulder and all the way down to her wrist. I did return because of this.
