This is good quality resin. It doesn't seem as bitter as the other one that I have tried. A ton of trace minerals. Ingredients seem to be clean. Great price for two.

This really has a nice kick to my energy level through out the day. I really like how effective it is and the taste and smell are not terrible, not really good, but not bad. Recommended it to my friends and they have seen a nice uptick as well.

Bad liquidity no energy boost terrible

I've been using this shilajit- 600mg servings for almost a week now every day. I notice it's very grounding. Smells and tastes like very good quality (I'm clairgustant and clairalient). Also, my muscle tests were a big YES on this one. At this point, I"m feeling increased energy, foucs and more vivid dreams. I take this, in part, to detox my pineal. Recomend!

I've used a few different brands of shilajit, it usually don't smell or taste too good but I feel like it's helped me so I keep using it. Upon opening this brand, I thought it smelled like BBQ sauce which I haven't experienced before. they give you a wooden stick to scoop out the resin with, I prefer to use a small spoon that can be hunt on the edge of a glass so you can let it dissolve while you do other stuff. This brand of resin did not dissolve very well in warm water, I had to stir and the water didn't look as dark as I'm used to with shilajit. The flavor was not bad, I'm used to more of an earthy taste.

These Shilajit resin containers are small, but you use very little to get the dose you need. My husband adds his to his coffee in the mornings.
