Happy to have this in my bit of kit. I especially like that it allows for lighting pass-through, allowing me to keep my iPad charging while it's exporting HDMI. One note: this doesn't work with older iPads and iPad minis, only recent versions. Highly recommended!

The adapter works, but looses connection literally every 5 minutes. Thereafter, you have to disconnect it and connect it again. The longest I had it working without loosing connection was about 10 minutes. I tried with IPad and IPhone with the same outcome.

Doesn't work. Once you get it to finally connect it doesn't mirror what your phone is showing

As someone who uses a lot of devices for home and work and who travels a lot, it's always great to have the ability to mirror your phone or tablet when at a hotel to watch video or at a customer's as a backup for presentations. Given the chance to try this Lazerbuilt brand lightning-to-HDMI adapter, I figured it would be worth a shot.Ultimately, this is a case of, "you had one job to do". This adapter is extremely unreliable. It will connect and transmit. But be prepared for regular instances of dropped connections or freezing up requiring you to disconnect and reconnect. For watching long form video or doing a presentation, it is definitely not up to the task.If you are looking for inexpensive, it's okay. But if you are looking for something reliable, there are plenty of other options out there. While I will keep it as backup, I certainly wouldn't recommend it for first-choice serious use.
