Do you have to wait for first layer to dry before applying another?
Could this be used to repair an outdoor figure , we have a fine crack to the back hoping to use and paint over for extra protection ?
Would this stick to papier-mâché. I’ve done two layers but it is taking so long. Wonder if continuing with Modroc would be quicker?
