Budget Wooting
The media could not be loaded. When I found out about HK Gaming making a 60% Hall-Effect keyboard for $69.99 I was ecstatic. Hall-Effect keyboards are great for gamers wanting a competitive advantage over others because of the 0.1 to 0.2 actuation point and rapid trigger technology. This keyboard is an inexpensive way to dip your foot into the new craze of hall-effect boards. This keyboard has pre-lubed switches, nice shine-through keycaps, bright RGB, 0.2 mm actuation, rapid trigger, and overall a whole lot of value for the price. But it's not all sunshine and rainbows. There were a few issues this keyboard has such as it sounds bad but to be fair all of them do, the case seems hollow, and the stabilizers aren't as nicely pre-lubed as others in this category. The other issue I experienced was whenever I plugged the keyboard into my PS5 no keys were registering, I had to replug it in for it to work but this has happened to me a few times but I wanted to mention it. I recommend anyone considering a hall-effect board to try this one out it does the same stuff as other much more expensive boards.

Extremely good value but missing a few basic features
I bought the black plastic GK61HE for $60 USD, and of the 25+ prebuilt and custom keyboards I've acquired over the years, this board is the best in-game performing keyboard I've ever owned. Hall Effect switches are genuinely a substantial improvement in both key feel and game response over traditional mechanical switches. The stabilizers on larger keys like spacebar and shift are the smoothest and quietest I own as well. Insanely good build quality, if a bit cheap. Acceptable stock thin doubleshot PBT keycaps, the secondary functions are screen printed and will probably wear off quickly, but the caps themselves are fine. The software is ATROCIOUS though. Key remapping is possible, but you can't unassign keys (weird right?) and the board only has one "main" layer, so to get custom remaps AND a normal typing layout you HAVE to run the software and switch from the Onboard memory to a software "profile". This method sucks and has always sucked and is never actually necessary. Stuff like assigning scroll up/down to the board only sends a single input (stupid, why would I want that?) not a continuous scroll. Also missing Forward and Back mouse inputs. Macro functionality exists, but seems useless because you'd have to assign them to either vital top layer keys, or bury them in the FN layer, defeating the idea of a quick use macro. So, the GK61HE is insanely good value high performance hardware, but please update the firmware/software with multiple switchable Layers on the onboard memory, and give the scroll inputs instant+continuous functionality. Then it would be a five star product :)

Software not Connecting to Keyboard
I installed software from the HK Gaming website, but had to ok the install when I got Windows 10 security notification. It connected on first use. Made my adjustments and closed out. 2nd time going in software, it now doesn't connect to keyboard. I've uninstall then reinstalled, and like the beginning, software works on first try, but 2nd time it does not connect to keyboard. Returning.

Fantastic Keyboard
This keyboard deserved 4 to 5 stars, it is great and just needs more reviews. Went through 3 different keyboards on Amazon till I found this one and it is perfect.

Good
Really good keyboard... I swapped the keycaps with the womier pudding keycaps. My only complaint is the included cable is long enough for me but I swapped it out for one I already had.
