I have issues with various parts of my body, in particular my back. I bought a different TENS unit some time ago and this one beats it all to heck. My old unit had only twelve modes and I didn't realize it was not real powerful until I got this Avcoo stimulator. I particularly like the EMS massage modes and find them very effective. I have often thought that I would like to have a stimulator that I could program myself to get it just right. With this stimulator I have found what I was looking for without needing to program it myself. I like the pads that came with the unit as they stick better and are more reusable than those which had on hand. Also, this unit lets me use it for 90 minutes. I rarely need this much time but I really appreciate it when I need it. At this price, I consider this to be a bargain.

This unit may be small, but it packs a punch. I've used a few TENS units before, and I can confidently say this one performs on par with the larger machine at my chiropractor’s office. When shopping for items like this on Amazon, I don’t focus too much on price—sometimes the more affordable options turn out to be just as good, if not better, than the expensive ones. My advice: read the product descriptions carefully and pay attention to real user reviews. In my experience, this TENS unit is absolutely worth the cost.

My son had some back muscle issues from weight lifting. This was suggested by friend to try to elevate the pain. Ordered it in the morning and it was at my house that afternoon. We tried it out and it helped tremendously with his muscle pain. Worked so good the wife tried it out on some pains and was relieved as well!

I am very happy with this small tens unit. It delivers great relief dependably. Thus far, I have charged it the initial time, have used it at least 8 times and it’s still going strong. The sticky pads are great, can reuse many times. At a reasonable price, I would tell anyone looking for a unit to get this one.

I've owned several tens units over the years, but this one is my favorite. The charge on it is great. I've used it at least 8 times so far and the battery is showing as completely full. I like that the screen highlights the area each mode is for and that there are different modes for the same area. I also like that they included a little booklet with tips for pad application. It came with a good amount of each size of pad. The only negative I've found so far is the small pads do not have a spot without glue. On the medium and large pads, there's a white area where there's no glue to make the pad easy to pull off, but the little pads don't have that. Aside from that, this is a great device and I highly recommend it.

This is the second one I've bought. I dropped the first one and it ruined the screen, but it still works. Forget the amazing price, it's small, but strong. It's very easy to use and I love all the options and settings it comes with. The battery lasts a very long time. As long as they don't raise the price, I will always come back to this unit.

My husband delivers packages for a living, and he hurt his back while delivering. After doing so much reaching I decided to give this a try, and bought it for him. He has fell in love with it! It helps him get through the day while he’s at work delivering packages. Well worth it!!

Best tens unit I've ever owned (out of 4) while being incredibly cheap. Pretty good range of patterns and very good granular control of the power level (no big jumps between levels like my last model). Sturdy construction, physical buttons are easier to use/more reliable than touchscreen models, charges quickly, and the default cords and pads are high quality.Been using for about 2 weeks now with zero complaints. It also survived being dropped on tile floor.
