Installed on two pc's but neither one recognized the USB to install the driver, as stated in the product description. Ordered a second one thinking the first was a one-off problem. The second one did not work in the 3 pc's I tried it in. Two pc's are Windows 11, one is Windows 10.The cable is also suspect because the USB 3.0 side is white, not blue as is the standard for USB 3
