Schaum's Outline of Electrical Power Systems

Purchased this book to help me understand some concepts that the textbook didn't cover thoroughly enough. It helped me better understand the topics. I would definitely recommend this to anyone taking a power system or power generation course.

Very good material for power courses and review.

Bought this book a while back, but didn't use it in my engineering classes. Now I am studying for my PE exam, so I figured I would do the practice problems in the book. I worked through five problems and have found two pretty serious errors. There was an even an error in the middle of a multi-step problem, where the error wasn't carried through.This book is now headed to the trash as I can't use it any more for studying.

another gem of a book by Syed Nasar . very much useful for grads and postgrads as very lucid theory and interesting collection of problems have been compiled. A very timely delivery by amazon. !!!
