Simply Creatine
I have enjoyed using creatine for additional boosts while training in the gym for a few years, so when I ran out, I decided to try Creatine Monohydrate from KompleX Nutrition. So far, I can confidently say I've felt way more benefit trying this particular supplement that other creatines. The creatine monohydrate in this supplement is superior to supplements that are only creatine, the monohydrate part is what helps it surpass others. I have noticed the ability to push myself more in the gym, and am happy with the results, as my muscles are clearly more voluminous. The best part is that it is unflavored, so you can add it to almost any pre or post workout drink without having to tolerate a weird taste.

Mixes well
Creatine is one of the most researched and proven supplements out there - right up there with supplemental protein sources. Of the various types of creatine, creatine monohydrate is typically seen as the gold standard. Sure, there are other versions that claim higher bioavailability etc. etc. but generally they cost more and are not worth the extra cost. Plus, they do not typically elicit greater results.This container comes with 30 servings at 5g. 5g is the standard serving size for creatine so that is good - dosing is good.However, most people find that a pre-loading phase of about a week at 10g to be helpful to more quickly saturate the muscle cells with creatine. This container does not really assist with that given that it's a 30 day supply at just 5g. This isn't a problem I would just buy 2-3 containers. Now, you don't have to pre-load. After a week or two of dosing at 5g you'll be at the same place as you would if you pre-loaded...it'll just take you a bit longer to get there.The compound mixed effortlessly into my drink (coffee this morning). I haven't tried it in just water so I can't say whether or not it has a taste, though I didn't notice anything in my coffee.What to expect when supplementing creatine?Well, creatine assists the body in energy production. It essentially helps you get more ATP which can help you, primarily in a lifting application, get a few more reps and recover a bit quicker between sets. This will help you lift harder for longer which should cause your training to be more effective.Additionally, creatine gets stored into your muscle and holds onto water. So, you may see the scale tick up a bit in weight as your body stores more water. BUT! the good thing is that the water is stored in your muscles not just generically like bloating and so your muscles can look a bit larger which, typically, if your supplementing creatine is something you would enjoy.I can't verify this is the best value or option for creatine but it's a solid option.Happy lifting

My workouts improved so noticeably after I started taking this KompleX Nutrition Max Creatine Monohydrate supplement.I noticed a distinct boost in endurance and visible pumps that lasted longer than without it. Good additive to coffee or a smoothie
I'm not in the gym every night getting all swal, but I do like to feel sharp and energized, so I been adding creatine to my routine. The KompleX Max version from Creapture seemed like a good fit. I just add a scoop in my coffee or smoothie each morning, and there are no weird flavors to mess things up. It blends in completely, no grit or chalkiness, which is nice. I haven't seen any dramatic muscle gains. That was not my main goal anyways, but I have noticed a difference in my mental focus. My usual afternoon slump seems less pronounced, and I can power through tasks with a bit more clarity. I'm only working out once or twice a week, so for someone who's hitting the gym more regularly, the effects might be even more noticeable. I will try and hit the gym more and see if I see more of an effect on my workouts. But for now I am happy with the mental boost it has been providing.

great recovery
I add this to my protein drink because it is really not appealing to drink it by itself although it doesn't have taste. my recovery seems faster. usually I really get set back when doing an obstacle race. but when I take this after a workout or race, I am already okay after 1-2 days.
