We started out with smaller Invacare reusable bed pads, and graduated to these larger length pads when our Alzheimer's patient became more restless and incontinent during the night. This pad gives more coverage and shifts less when she moves around. It is very absorbent. The cotton top makes it very comfortable, as well. The waterproof barrier backing has never failed.Because we have been using Invacare reusable bedpads for about two years now, I can say that they are very durable and stand up well to repeated washing. They are bleachable. One or two have lost an outter stitch thread after many launderings, but the integrity and quality of the pad was not effected. I recommend the Invacare brand, especially these pads, without reservation.

I needed more bed coverage, but these are slightly too large. I will use them at specific times when I need extra coverage.I like the quality of the pads. I had used some that I bought at a drug store and these definitely are much better.They certainly met my expectations.I would recommend these to others.

I purchased this bed pad to protect my fitted sheet and mattress from possible spills, water, blood, and other damaging or staining products. Its 52 inches cover the width of my queen mattress almost entirely, and it seems to stay in place during bedtime. The blue part makes it somewhat rigid, but the upper soft part is made of cotton (I guess) and is gentle to touch. Although summer time, I don't find it to have any warming properties, so it's like this bed pad is not even there. The fact that it's advertised as being waterproof and washable is a great feature, also. Very fast service, and good quality overall.

Purchased 4 of these over a year ago for our two kids (two per kid) and bed-wetting accidents. This is the perfect size for both our 5-yr old and 8-yr old. Big enough for our kids who roll around a lot in their sleep - covers the width just about of a twin mattress and quite long too. Super absorbent, no problems with "leaking through" to mattress. They get washed in the washer and dried in the dryer around 2-3 nights a week, and still are in wonderful shape - no wear or tear, nor decrease in performance. Would recommend.

Got this first pad in early 2012 and it is still going strong. I use it for overnights with small dogs who cannot go outside unsupervised at night due to barking and predators. It protects my floors, minimises the use of disposable pads and washes easily. I don't bleach it every time, but occasionally if it has an odour. I dry it in the sun rather than the dryer, whenever possible and just ordered three more. Definitely worthwhile. I have bought two other types of washable pad on here and this company is the best in terms of softness. If a dog pees close to the edge, it does leak off, but that is the case with all of the brands I have tried.

I purchased 2 of these. One to be used in a baby crib, which it fits perfect. The second I cut in half (and sewed the edge) and using as a pad in the Pack-N-Play. Very absorbant. Has washed nicely. Baby does not sweat on this and there is no rustling noise when baby moves around. Much happier with this than "baby brand" bedpads.

I love these bedpads! My husband had prostate surgery and now sometimes leaks. He does wear depends, but he doesn't feel comfortable to sleep in bed. He prefers to sleep on the couch while getting medical assistance. I already had two of these from a different brand from when I had a surgery. I decided to get more. They are perfect! I also have dogs who jump up onto the bed. They drool so much! I put these on my bed as well. They work great! My new puppy had an accident on the bed. I pulled back the sheet and the small urine spot was contained on the pad. It did not leak through. I will purchase more of these when needed.

Was trying to decide between "Blue Max" at $12.15 or the Invacare "regular" pad at $11.77. Since the "Blue Max" was a "premium" pad with "special finishing agent that wicks moisture away from the surface" I felt that it would be best to buy a "premium" pad. I was disturbed to find that when the "Original Blue Max" arrived it was in fact the "regular" Invacare bed pad, Model ISG-13452 that sold for less money. I contacted the seller, Direct Care Store and said there had been a mistake. Not so says Direct Care Store, because although there are two ads for the same product, with different prices, and different advertisement statements as to their quality, they are indeed the same item and they were sorry I misunderstood what I was doing. Direct Care said they would contact Amazon because they "agree(d) the listing is unclear." I contacted Amazon and as of today they have not removed the "Blue Max" ad. As a side note, nowhere on the Invacare Model ISG-13452 box does it say The Original "Blue Max" or "premium" or "special finishing agent that wicks moisture away from the surface." I call on Amazon to do the correct thing and remove this deceptive ad so that future "misunderstandings" do not occur. Oh, and Direct Care said that if I didn't want to keep the item I could return it if I paid the shipping...think I'll buy from Amazon in the future...at least with Amazon if there is a misunderstanding they pay the postage. The Invacare bed pan may turn out to be a four star quality product as others attest, but because the "Blue Max" pad doesn't exist, I would give it 0 stars if I could.
