clover 1005/E Soft Touch Crochet Hook: 3.50mm, 3.5mm, Yellow

This hook is lovely and the hook shaft looks and feels just like the hooks from their Amour Hooks. The handle is a little shorter than those same hooks also wider. So it's all down to what you prefer. I have very small hands so it was comfortable to hold, but if you have bigger hands than me, i can see you may require a bigger handle than this hook has. It has almost a brushed metal, very smooth shaft and smoothly glides with yarn. Love the Clover hooks. Always pleasant to Crochet with and makes any project a breeze.

I decided to try a clover hook as I had seen lots of comments from people saying that they are the best, the wool slides smoothly and it is so nice to crochet with it, the only thing wrong which is my fault not the seller or hook is the length of the handle, it is a bit too short for me to crochet comfortably, I should have looked into it because you can clover hooks with a longer handle which would have been better for me, I will have to try one of them but as I said it doesn't take anything away from the hook it's just my personal preference

I decided to upgrade my original Clover hooks. Originally bought my hooks in the late 60’s (as a kid learning to crochet) and still incredible hooks, working hard and well. I purchased this one as I wanted to try one with a grip for a current project. I am thrilled to bits with it. The quality is still fantastic, extremely comfortable to hold and gliding through my project with ease.I am glad these hooks have not lost their quality. Yes a bit pricier than some other brands, but so worth it. Highly recommend Clover and I have already ordered more sizes.

It’s a bit short !

Why is a 3.75mm hook not included in any of the crochet hook sets I've bought! This is so frustrating as sometimes it just has to be that size for the yarn I'm working with.Hooks can also be expensive to buy individually but I needed this one so bit the bullet.It's just arrived so I've worked a little swatch just to get the feel of the hook. I've not worked with a flat handle before but this is quite comfortable. It's very light and easy to use and the yarn just glides over the metal end. My only criticism is that it's a bit shorter than my other hooks, and even the other Clovers I have, but they're a different design – Amour – which have the heavier, rounded handle. Unfortunately the only one of this size was more than twice the price, which I'm not prepared to pay at the moment.A good quality hook at a competitive price.

Wonderful hook! So smooth with all types of yarn (I crochet mainly with cotton but also acrylic, silk and wool). The handle is fantastic and just feels so natural as your hand moves. Would highly recommend!

These are my favorite crochet hooks. This size, 3.0, is hard to find, so while I am happy to get it as a spare, the price is high. Still, I'm afraid that they'll quit making these, so glad to have.
