Amazing light
This makes short winter days much more productive for outdoor work. So far I've used it to replace brake pads, install a trailer anti-sway kit, and level my back yard, when totally dark outside. Before getting this I would work outdoors at night only when absolutely necessary because cords, shadows and lower lighting levels make most work impractical. This thing puts a huge wide-angle flood light 7 feet in the air, with no cords, and is super quick to set up and take down.

Cool tool
This is one of the coolest new tools I've purchased. I have other battery powered stand lights; but do not offer the same durability, functionality and brightness of this unit. The base size is minimal for the height of the unit; so it can be placed in tight areas if needed. The battery life is decent and can be extended by choosing a lower light setting. The only con would be not having the hybrid option of a 120v plug in.

Very Happy With it
Love it. I have 4 x10ah batteries so I have light when ever I want.

Most light for a great price
Compared to the Milwaukee and others...more light at a great price. Really really bright...adjustability is perfect, very useful.

Worth the money
12/10/19 - I got this light last week and have used it every day since. I work on houses after my day job so this time of year I work in the dark. it is more than enough to light up the whole room just by pointing it at the ceiling. I already kicked it over a few times moving wood around it does not even have a scratch on it. It has 3 light setting so you don't chew through your battery as fast, don't let the battery life fool you, if you run this thing on on the highest setting using a 2mah battery you are going to need to change it out every hour or so. i have a bunch laying around so it does not bother me much.PROS -easy to set up,easy to move around, multiple light settings, goes high enough to not shine you in the face, holds a 60V batter for longer life.CONS -on high settings you will chew through your batteries,if there is a battery in the bottom and you go to move it when it is closed up, it it is unbalanced forcing you to use the upper hand hold ( see next comment to why this is important )the hand holds at the top are not very deep and the back digs into your skin (if you are not wearing gloves it won't take long to make you bleed)would be nice to have a plug in on the bottom to charge a battery in case power is close ( this way you don't have to change out a battery every hour if you are running it on full power). there is more than enough room at the bottom to have a plug in, no excuse for not having one.head does not swivel, so if you need to move the head you have to pick up the whole stand and move it. problem with that is you may not have enough footing to do so (sometimes you are up in the rafters where footing is limited). even a 30 or 40 degree movement is enough not to bind the cord but still move the head enough to get you where you need it.OVERALL - would recommend for sure, has more than enough light, easy to move and set up, aims down so if you work on cars like i do it will shine down enough to see the engine, multiple light setting so you if you don't want to blind pilots flying overhead with the beam you can turn it down

Great Product But Limited Battery Life and Heavy
This light was perfect for my intended use, lighting up areas for electrical remodels where we have the electricity shut off.First, the battery life. It worked about an hour at full brightness with a standard small DeWalt battery. I have a lot of those all charged up and can always put one in the charger, so the one hour battery life is no big deal to me. Hopefully, we'll be able to complete wiring a box within the hour and get power to the area. Or we'll use spare batteries. A 4-6 amp battery will undoubtedly provide triple the time.Second, this thing is built solid. It is made out of thick, heavy duty PVC and weighs a ton, like about 16 pounds. I was expecting something lighter weight, but on reflection, sturdy and heavy is better than flimsy and light.Overall, this is a great light.

The only thing missing is a shoulder strap
Earlier this year I purchased a cheap battery powered LED light with a 1/4" tripod mount and a cheap camera tripod and I figured all my work lighting needs were done. But it's a major pain transporting it around, sometimes there was no place for the tripod legs to go where I needed to work, the LED light did not pivot down, the battery on the light didn't last and I was suddenly in the dark, and many times I wished the light was brighter. So I finally broke down and purchased this when it went on sale. All the good things everyone has said about this light are true, so I won't go into that. For a longevity test I used the new Jialitt 12 Ah battery and it ran for 6.5 hours on a single charge on the brightest setting. On the lowest setting I'm thinking it will run for a whole 24 hours, but I'm not putting my brand new battery through another full discharge cycle to find out for certain.I've found that having this extended next to my workbench pivoted down provides way more light than what the two 100 Watt bulbs produce in the overhead fixture above the workbench. So I'm even using it at home when I'm soldering circuit boards or working on scooters. I don't even have to extend the tripod legs- it stands there fine on it's own, but a little string to keep it from leaning too much helps. ;)One thing I noticed is that the handle seems to be balanced for when no battery is installed. So apparently that's how it's designed to be carried around. Because if you add the battery, it's no longer balanced and the rear will tend to drop to a lower position which makes it a little awkward to carry long distances. I really wish this came with a shoulder strap, but alas- I don't even see support clips needed for adding one. I'm sure there are good reasons for carrying the battery separately, but its a little inconvenient.
