That being said everyone is not same. But I started my first container 7/9/24 I'm now iny 2nd container. That should actually be enough to last until 9/9/24 ( I have 2 LEVEL scoops and maybe Lil less than Half scoop let ) to this date 8/27/24. Unfortunately l got robbed for almost 2 WEEKS. SHORT and used same amount Scoop in my first container ALWAYS, But. I have bad digestive issues and a Controlled diabetic 6A1C. But had hight. LDL bad cholesterol. And. Low HDL good cholesterol, my Triglodytes were high 3/18/24 My blood work had 235 overall cholesterol now 165, my HDL Bad low at 39 Now 44 My tryg, 94 now 72 my VLDL. Sticky in vessel, 3. My LDL 136 now 106 But I also come across a DETOX FOR WEEK by(liver) another company. That I done for 3 weeks. And that started my motivation because it really cleared my toxic FATTY LIVER and I at 65 started feeling Lil more energy, I finished up 3 weeks Detox for week About midway through my first Gut Repair. But I don't feel like I Stuffed anymore I walk 5 miles at least 3 days on treadmill. But every day. Shorter time's 😂. But Anyway My Dr ( young Dr) could not Believe My blood work readings from just 3/18/24. Until 8/19/24 She kept saying Look at them look at them. You make me feel good. And I know u have to walk and exercise you muscular..I told her about supplements I did. She What are They. I told her she said. They Did you justice . Tastes like berries with a touch of cinnamon - which sounds weird, but it’s actually a really pleasant taste. I’m normally not a stevia fan, but the stevia is very mild in this. I blend it with purified water and a touch of tart cherry juice concentrate and drink it every morning on an empty stomach.Healing the gut is paramount to so much of the dysfunction in our bodies… thyroid, adrenals, mental health - so much!! Getting in a daily morning dose of this has been a good routine. My poops have been very regular taking this and I’d say they’re about a 3-4 on the bristol chart (for those who don’t speak bristol - this is a good thing).Love the clean ingredients! The last GI powder I used was from Seeking Health and it had similar ingredients, but tasted AWFUL and made me nauseous. This one has zero ill effects and a great taste.

They heavily advertise it to fix bloating and my stomach hasn't moved an inch. (I'm not fat at all). I have really bad bloating to the point where I look pregnant. Im not done with the whole jar but I've been drinking the amount that it said to drink once a day. And have had zero changes or have felt any better towards anything. If I have to keep buying it for a whole year I'm not doing that. They advertise that there are noticeable changes in a matter of weeks but had done nothing it promises. If it doesn't get rid of my bloating or noticable change it by the end of the container then my rating will remain a one star. Save your money because this and ryze do nothing. Sure maybe it's healthy for your gut maybe but I don't think it's worth it honestly.

This stuff makes my gut biome happy. At least that's how I feel about it. It's hard to quantify. Gut Repair powder mixes seamlessly into my daily berry smoothies and seems to help my gut brain function well to complement my head brain. This product is one of the best that I’ve tried so far. It noticed more energy and easier digestion. It took a week or so to adapt, but was good from there. The the cinnamon and pomegranate taste is alright, but I add a squirt of STUR brand water enhancer and it’s actually pretty enjoyable. I noticed a significant difference in in my gut during a hiatus. The only reason I gave 4 stars was due to price

The Gut Repair Probiotic Powder is a one month canister supply. I've been taking it every morning in a glass of water before breakfast. The taste is pleasant- not overly sweet or disgusting. I don't have to grimace to get it swallowed. I could mix it in with my smoothie, but I think it might need to be dissolved in a bit of water before mixing it in a thick smoothie. I obviously cannot certify as to whether it's repairing my gut since I don't have a way to see the insides of my guts. However, I haven't noticed any negative effects on my digestive system, so I'm hopeful this will be helpful to my insides over the course of the canister.

Made in Australia and award winning, this healthy mix is good for you and tasty. You’re supposed to drink this BEFORE breakfast. The photo shows it mixed with water but I also like to mix it with coconut water for electrolytes and it is delicious and makes it easy to ingest. It’s been helping me stay regular. It tastes like a watered down punch so fruity. The ingredients are safe and wonderful and best of all, tasty so you actually consume it.
