Couldn't be easier to use

I compared this to the OBO systems and this produces better picture quality. On the minus side it's very temperamental as when copying VHS tapes I set the copying up & then realised I hadn't rewound the tape and doing that seemed to register something to the software that left it with sound but no picture and I'd copied 15 tapes with no problem before that. Previous to that on another VHS player the picture and that permanently set that so I could no longer use that VHS player on any more copying. On another tape it was a bit dodgy, so I put the tape cleaner in and again doing that seemed to muck up the software, again permanently, rendering sound but no picture on every tape I tried to copy. The software also seems to leave a dodgy line at the bottom that I originally put down to my camcorder being a bit worn, but when I used to totally different VCR player on VHS tapes rather than the HI 8 I the line at the bottom still appeared. - So overall it's easy to use and produces a good picture, but it's incredibly temperamental so make sure you have your tapes rewound and ready to go before you even double click this software on.
