Evacuation Sledge

Description

The Emergency Evacuation Sledge allows users to evacuate a disabled or injured person down stairs and out of a building in an emergency. The Emergency Evacuation Sledge is a cost effective, good value, evacuation solution. This Evacuation Sledge is stored in a pouch which can easily be wall mounted on staircases and in emergency locations. The Evacuation Sledge can be deployed quickly and effectively in an emergency, where evacuation from a building is required. The Emergency Evacuation Sledge consists of a dual level foam construction. The inner layer of foam is ideal for person transportation, and the lower layer of foam is firm allowing the Emergency Evacuation Sledge to ride over any surfaces including carpets, concrete and bumps such as stairs. The bottom side of the Emergency Evacuation Sledge is tough and slippery ensuring that a passenger can be evacuated from a building quickly and easily. The Emergency Evacuation Sledge is supplied fully equipped with safety belts and a foot pocket to hold the pateint in place. Pulling loops at each end of the Evacuation Sledge ensure that the sledge can be dragged or lowered down satirs with control. One to two people are required to operate the Emergency Evacuation Sledge. Tested for FR to CRIB 5.
