I bought the cherry and apple which I love. Easy to mix no tummy upset at 5g a day.Just wish they would sweeten with stevia or xylitol as the sucrose’s spikes blood sugar and makes me very thirsty.

It does not tastes nice at all especially after weeks of use.Did not effect any changes in size, water retention, strenght etc but yeah whatever..
