Cuts easy. Blade and handle are strong and locks in open or closed blade position.
So far ....So good....I have used it a few times and it has cut through like a knife through butter! The blade locks closed which is great for saving space....The blade also locks in place in full open position and so far both the blade and the handle are seeming to be strong and durable which is great too....This replaces a different compact saw where the blades (they were interchangeable) and the handle were flimsy and couldn't handle any amount of pressure used during the saw process....which one time the blade got snagged and the handle snapped as it was merely thin and cheap plastic....This saw has so far been a great replacement! At first I wasn't so sure about the curved blade....but after using it it actually feels like it might make the cuts faster and less effort on the stroke. And its a lot nicer to handle ( and storage space is way less....) than having to bust out the full sized hacksaw or wood cutting saw...( which can be big and clumsy especially when the cutting process is a small branch or something where there isn't much room for a saw itself or a blade from a wood cutting saw.) I am happy with the saw so far as it seems to be built sturdy enough for regular use with the blade doing the work and both the blade and handle being strong enough for when some pressure is applied to guide through the item being sawed through. Seems to be a great option for the price range too.

Magnificent saw
This saw is amazing. I have sawed down several trees with 5-6” trunks with ease. Please read the info they send as their suggestions are excellent. The lock is very secure thus sometimes difficult to release, hence the 4*. The blade is extremely sharp so be careful when unlocking.I am a 71 year old woman who still does much garden work and this is superior to my old saw. I was tempted to get the larger bladed saw but figured I should avoid larger trees. The red handle makes it easy to spot when it’s on the ground. It is also very comfortable to hold and doesn’t slip. The pull action on this saw very effective.I also recommend their loppers. Very sharp and cut 2” vines, stems, etc.

a sharp tool that you need
I am impressed with the quality, design and function of this tool. I needed a blade that was sharp and durable enough to cut/remove branches, small trees. Overall, I hate to remove any tree however this one sprung up and flourished nicely. too bad it was too close to the neighbors fence and over a drain line. That's mother nature.... The blade cut through with ease. tackled the base and branches were anywhere from 1/2"-5". I have used it on pine tree branches as well.Overall, it is a great blade to utilize in the yard. The company even sends cutting tips for use. This blade is extremely sharp so use it with care.

Nice Product
I had previously used every saw I own to cut back an azalea that had significant die off. When they failed I purchased this little pruning saw. It is small enough to access dead branches in tight places and strong enough to remove material with minimal effort. (Azalea is recovering nicely!) The spring release that opens the blade is a little stiff, but the saw itself delivers a clean cut with several pulls.

RELIABLE TOOL AND EASY TO CARRY
I've owned my saw for three years now, and it is great. It has stayed very sharp, fits easily in a pocket, and can be opened with gloved hands. The locking mechanism stays secure. I've used it to trim tree branches, and cut down some sizeable saplings. The cuts are always very clean too. Just a fantastic tool.

Excellent product for small diameter branches.
I've used for very mature azaleas and other ornamentals, with good results. Sharp saw; safe design.

Excellent!
This is a great little saw for either clearing some limbs in the backyard or taking on a hiking/camping trip. It is lightweight yet cuts very effectively. I have tried several of these folding saws and this one with the curved blade is the best. The curve helps to make it easier to saw so you don't have to put as much pressure on the saw. This is very helpful if you are cutting several pieces of wood for a fire. Excellent for a backpack accessory - lightweight and effective.

like a silent chainsaw
I can't believe how fast this saw cuts. It's amazing. I use my chainsaw half as much as I used to. Wish I had bought one of these 20 years ago. Today I'm going to try using it to hand-cut some rafter tails because it's so much sharper and faster cutting than my Japanese pull saw, even with twice the kerf.Just one very minor imperfection: the blade is somewhat flexible, so it tends to catch the handle when folding it back in, so you have to guide it in the slot with a little care. No big deal. Otherwise this thing is basically perfect. My favorite new garden tool. One bit of advice: assuming the blade is similar to the Japanese pull saws I've used over the years, I'd advise people to be very careful with the teeth. Hitting one embedded nail in a piece of wood or chunk of concrete next to a stump will instantly damage the blade and leave you with a tool that cuts a lot slower. Replacement blades don't seem to be available (if they are, comment with a link!)
