Battery does not charge
I have charge the touch over night and whilst plugged into mains via a usb the touch works well. As soon as I disconnected the touch from the mains it no longer works. I followed the instructions, making sure the battery was fitted correctly, several times to no avail. Given the cost of replacement batteries I am not happy with what appears to be substandard equipment. Of course this touch is on the no return or replacement list for Amazon. As a frequent user of Amazon I expected better.
