Q: My colleagues say my audio has a high pitched noise when I speak using these headphones. Has anyone else experienced this or have any suggestions?

Office manager had this. It can be caused when using the headset too close to phone or connected device that has a microphone. Basically, feedback.

Q: I have no sound at all coming though the headset - not even when powering on and off. Looked at all options I can think of - help!

Well mine works brilliantly. This is a bluetooth headset, so you'll need to search for the bluetooth settings from the Windows Start button and then whilst pressing in the button on the outer edge of the earpad, click on detect and wait whilst the device is paired. Then it will become a selectable device which should read Headset (SK-BH-M97 Hand Free AG Audio). You will need o reconnect this device every time you power up your computer/laptop, so just repeat the steps above, only this time you just press and hold the button on the headset whilst clicking on connect. Q: Have any users had problems with the microphone volume suddenly fading during a phone call?

I've never had a problem with it, check that the battery is full, if it's the battery is weak, maybe it's because of them that the volume goes down

Q: Will this work on an iphone 6 with only bluetooth version 4.2 for outgoing calls?

Yes I’ve just tried it with my old iPhone 5 & it picked it up via Bluetooth, so I’m sure it’ll be even better on an iPhone 6 or greater. Hope that helps?
